Let’s Solve It – How to Leave a Voice Mail that isn’t Deleted
Get a pen, a piece of paper, and your call list. These techniques work. The key points covered in this white board presentation include: 1) You don’t have 30 seconds … you may not even have ten. 2) Treat a voice mail like we used to treat an assistant with a scrap of paper. 3) Avoid the four most common mistakes. Please post your comments, let us know you tried this and what results you found.
Let’s Solve It – Prospect Cold Feet
Ever have a prospect back out of a “sure deal” for an unexplainable reason?
Sometimes we forget that the customer is as nervous about messing up as the salesperson is. This white board presentation will give you a few ideas for “building a customer bridge” so all of the fears they feel are put to rest … and they calmly sign the deal.

Great way of presenting – agree with what you say and it really does work – I tried this last Tuesday, left 4 messages and 3 were returned.
Just one thing though your presentation took ten mins to tell me when you could of said what you said in 10 secs
Many thanks

Glad it worked for you.
Help me say it in 10 seconds! That would make me a lot of money.
If I did a self-study on why I’d say I probably spend a
lot of time explaining because people resist this approach.
I’m really trying to get you to think about what you are
doing and why a different approach works.
Have considered how to shorten them for a while
let me know what you think – much obliged.
